Ordering and Contact Us
Ordering our products can be done either by using the form below or emailing us using our address, supplied below. We will aim to answer all messages within seven days of them arriving unless stated otherwise on our homepage. We aim to keep all our kits in stock but on occasion we "cut to order" so please allow up to two weeks for your order to be ready, though we will endeavour to be as swift as possible. It is worth noting that correspondence and production lead times will likely increase dramatically during the summer months however, when the nature of our full time occupations become both changeable and intensive.
Terms and Conditions
All prices listed on site exclude postage, this being a flat rate of £3.80 for UK mainland unless stated otherwise. Free mainland postage with orders over £100. Offshore Islands, North of Scotland and International orders please enquire.
Title in all goods remains with the seller until payment is made in full.
Preferred payment method is via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Payment will neither be requested or accepted until your order is prepared.
Once payment is received, we will aim to post your order within two working days unless otherwise stated.
If goods arrive damaged or with components missing, do not hesitate to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If unhappy with your purchase upon arrival, returns must be made within 30 days in a marketable/unaltered/un-started condition, return postage to Harecroft being paid by the customer as per the Distance Selling Act. Upon arrival back with us, a full refund will be issued, subject to our conditions being met.
In the event of sending the wrong items in your order, please return the incorrect items to us; we will cover all postage costs by Royal Mail and send out your replacement free of charge.
All of your normal distance selling rights still apply.
